Breakfast: 6:30 am to 9:30 am

Lunch: 11:00 am to 14:00 pm

Dinner: 17:00 pm to 22:00 pm

TERM AND CONDITIONS:

Room order hour: Check in time: 2:00PM

   Check out time: until 12:00 PM

Room releasing hour:

Late check-out before: 5:00PM as counted as rate of 50% room price.

Late check-out after 5:00 PM as counted as rate of 100% room price.

Early check-in before 12:00PM, guest if desires to release his/her room exceed to an allowed hour, please contact reception court.

PAYMENT:

Pay in cash or transfer before checking in.

Children policy:

- Children under 5 years old: FOC. Maximum 1 child per room

- Children from 5 to under 11 years old: Surcharge US$7/child/room. Maximum 1 child per room

- Children above 11 years old: count as adult. Surcharge US$15/pax/room. Maximum 1 child per room

RULES AND REGULATIONS OF HOTEL.

1. Show identity document or other relevant certified document at Reception Counter.

+For foreigner visitor/guests: Valid passport and visa to be shown.

+ For Vietnamese visitors/guests: Identity card or other relevant certified documents may be accepted.

2. Visitor/guest identity documents will be maintained and kept during a period of touring by the hotel. Guest or visitor in case of withdrawal or taking out of his/her identity document but still desire to accommodate, he or she will be charged at arisen serviced fees up to date.

3. Do not bring weapon, risk poison or any unauthorized drugs, explosive, or any hazard factors brought into the hotel.

4. Do not play gambling, heroin, cocaine, narcotics brought into the hotel  guests to assume their responsibilities or any perjury to be punishable under law.
5. Do not smoke in the room.
6. Please notify the protocol or reception officer in case of key loss, escaped or stolen. A fee of US$5/key will be charged.
7. Please keep all valuable objects in safe-box or handing-over the reception for temporary keeping. Your loss or damages due to wrong direction to the above regulations are out of our responsibilities.
8. Do not bring pets into hotel.
9. Keep common hygiene; do not discard waste products, unbleached paper, hygiene waste or any rubbish into drainage.

10. Please do not open radio channel, cable television, TVs channel noisily to neighbor.
11. It is not willingly to move or give away any asset to the room in hotel if without such any consent from the room manager of hotel. If any loss, damage of asset occurred, a penalty or compensation to be given at 100% of current value of the damaged.
